Account Responsibilities
- 1You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your 654db account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 654db support immediately.
- 2You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Sharing account access, whether for betting purposes or otherwise, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
- 3You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and phone number — up to date at all times. These details are used for account verification, transaction notifications, and responsible gaming communications.
654db will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21, any account where identity has been misrepresented, or any account operated by a person under self-exclusion. Deposits may be returned but any bonus funds or winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.
Payments

654db processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposit Rules
- 1The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 654db, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
- 2Third-party deposits identified during KYC review will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. 654db does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- 3654db reserves the right to request identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or payment method ownership evidence before processing any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in the transaction being cancelled.
Withdrawal Rules
- 1The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — a standard anti-money-laundering requirement that cannot be waived.
- 2654db aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's settlement schedule. 654db is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
- 3Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification review before processing. Funds derived from bonuses are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- 4654db reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. Players will be notified of any such hold in a timely manner.
Promotions
Bonus and Promotion Terms
654db offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with Bangladesh's cricket and cultural calendar — including BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:
- 1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover and eligibility conditions for each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion detail page.
- 2Bonuses are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after wagering requirements are fully met.
- 3654db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the terms under which it was originally issued.
- 4Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other method designed to exploit bonus terms — will have bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited , and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
- 5Free spins and free bets are valid only for the game or event specified in the promotion details. Winnings from free spins or free bets are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Gaming Rules
Betting and Gaming Conduct
654db operates cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. The following general conduct rules apply across all products on the platform:
- 1Bets placed on 654db are final once confirmed. Players must verify their selections before confirming. 654db will not cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a clear technical error on the platform's side has been logged and verified by the technical team.
- 2Cricket match results for betting are determined by the official scorecard published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). If a match is abandoned or declared void, 654db will apply its standard void-bet policy as described on the betting rules page.
- 3The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to place bets faster than a human or to exploit pricing inefficiencies is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- 4Live casino game outcomes — including all Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger results — are determined by the relevant game provider's studio operations. 654db has no ability to influence live dealer outcomes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from 654db.
Game content delivered through 654db — including slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, live dealer content from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash game content from Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. 654db operates as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership over provider intellectual property.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 654db's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

- 3654db's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms
654db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, 654db will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered address on file. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of 654db following publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 654db support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
